When you submit the contact form we collect:

• Your email address.
• The process or challenge you describe.
• Your preferred language.

Automatically, to secure the form and understand traffic, we record your IP address, browser user-agent, the referring page, and any UTM campaign parameters in the link you arrived from.

We use one functional cookie, prosmart_locale, to remember your language. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

If you become a client, our portal stores your name, email, organization, project data, and any documents you upload (such as agreements, statements of work, and invoices) in a private storage bucket.

For automations we run for active clients, we collect operational telemetry — run counts, success and failure events, and timing — to power the ROI dashboard. This is operational data about workflow executions, not website-visitor tracking.

• Deliver and operate the services you engage us for.
• Deduplicate submissions and prevent spam on the contact form.
• Run the client portal and the telemetry dashboard.
• Meet legal and accounting obligations.

We rely on your consent for the contact form, on contract for client services, and on our legitimate interest in security, anti-spam, and operating the service.

We use third-party providers for hosting, database and file storage, email delivery, and workflow automation. They process data on our behalf as our processors. We do not sell your personal data.

We keep lead data while it remains commercially relevant, client data for the duration of the agreement and as required by law, and telemetry while the retainer is active.

We protect sessions with signed tokens stored in httpOnly cookies, keep uploaded documents in a private bucket served only through short-lived signed links, and restrict access by role.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact contact@prosmartion.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Some of our providers may process data outside Serbia or the EU. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards offered by those providers.
