We offer three engagement stages:

• Audit — a free session of about 45 minutes with no obligation. Findings and estimates are non-binding.
• Build — a fixed-scope project quoted after the audit and delivered under a signed agreement. Any timeline shown is indicative.
• Operate — a monthly retainer, rolling, that you can cancel anytime as set out in the agreement.

Any prices shown on this website are indicative. The binding price is the one in your quote or statement of work. We do not process payments on this website; invoices are issued off-platform. Taxes apply per applicable Serbian law.

Audit findings and quotes are not a binding offer. A binding contract is formed only when both parties sign an agreement.

For any Build or Operate engagement, the signed master services agreement and statement of work govern the project specifics — scope, price, payment, intellectual property, and timelines — and prevail over these website terms in case of any conflict.

The website content, branding, and copy are owned by us.

Upon full payment, ownership of the custom code and deliverables we create for you transfers to you — you own the code. This excludes our pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks, and know-how, for which you receive a perpetual license to use them as part of the deliverable.

Documents you upload remain yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process them solely to provide the service.

You agree to provide accurate information, use the website and services lawfully, and not attempt to disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer the platform.

Each party will protect the other's non-public information shared during an engagement and use it only to perform under the agreement.

Except as stated in a signed agreement, the website and services are provided "as is". Any ROI figures, savings, or estimates are projections, not guarantees.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited and, where an engagement exists, is governed by the signed agreement.

You may stop using the website at any time, and we may suspend or withdraw the website services. Termination of an engagement follows the signed agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of Serbia. The courts of Belgrade have jurisdiction over any dispute.
